1. What these Terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website socketprime.com and your requests to rent services/objects through the website (each, a “Rental request”). By using the website or submitting a Rental request, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms do not replace any mandatory information that must be provided to consumers under applicable Ukrainian law.

2. Prices, availability, and confirmation

Prices, availability, and other details shown on the website are not a binding offer for an electronic contract. They are subject to confirmation by the seller before a contract is formed.

You acknowledge that the final terms (including price and availability) are determined after confirmation in accordance with the booking process described below.

3. Booking process (high-level)

1. You submit a Rental request through the website.
2. The seller reviews your request and confirms the availability and key terms.
3. If the request is confirmed, a contract is concluded in the manner described in the confirmation message and/or other legally required documents.

The website may display booking-related information for convenience, but confirmation is required before the final terms become binding.

4. Cancellations and refunds (general)

If you cancel or change your Rental request, the applicable outcome (including whether any refund applies and in what amount) depends on the seller’s confirmation and the circumstances under applicable law.

Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the method and timeline agreed at confirmation and/or required by Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

5. Seller information for electronic commerce

For electronic commerce transactions, the seller provides mandatory information in a direct, simple, and stable manner. The legal basis for these requirements is: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.

6. Consumer information and consumer rights (Ukraine)

Before or at the time of offering services to consumers (including at a distance via online means), required consumer-facing information is provided in Ukrainian. The relevant legal bases include: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023 and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.

Information available to consumers on the territory of Ukraine is provided in Ukrainian, in accordance with: Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної".

7. Personal data and cookies

If you submit information to request a rental (for example, your name, phone number, and/or email), we process personal data in accordance with a privacy notice and applicable legal requirements. The relevant legal basis is: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.

Cookie and similar technologies are handled in line with the same personal data protection rules, including where required, obtaining consent. The relevant legal basis is: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.

8. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not responsible for outcomes that are not guaranteed, including delays or inability to provide a confirmed rental that result from factors beyond the seller’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.
